Yare Yare is a spacious self-catering holiday home ideally located in Scottburgh, offering lovely views of the ocean, garden, and swimming pool. This family-friendly house is well suited for a relaxing coastal getaway and is within easy reach of restaurants, shopping centres, walking trails, and popular attractions such as Crocworld and the Green Point Lighthouse. Scottburgh Golf Club is situated approximately 750 m from the house, and 4 golf courses can be found within 15 km of the property.
The house can accommodate up to 9 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a living area with additional sleeping space. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a single bed, and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The remaining bathrooms are fitted with a bath or shower, toilet, and washbasin. The living area includes 2 single beds. Bedding is provided, but guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and cutlery and crockery. The dining and lounge area offers comfortable seating, a TV with DStv, a pool table, and a dart board. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided. The living area opens onto an enclosed patio with views of the ocean, garden, and swimming pool. Braai facilities are available for guests to use. Parking is provided in 1 garage, with additional parking available on the premises. The house is serviced once per week, and additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost.
