Yellowwood Hideaway is a charming holiday home nestled among towering Yellowwood and Milkwood trees, located within the Lake Brenton Estate.
The home comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 adults and 1 child. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the fourth bedroom includes a single bed, a double sleeper couch, and a child-size single bed. These two rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower.
The open-plan living area features a dining space and a lounge with a Smart TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with a double-door fridge-freezer, electric and gas stoves, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. A washing machine is also provided for added convenience.
The home offers a wonderful indoor-outdoor flow, with dining facilities on the covered deck, ideal for al fresco meals. Guests have access to braai facilities, free Wi-Fi, secure parking, as well as the communal tennis court and swimming pool.
There are lovely cycling routes nearby for mountain bikers, along with various walking trails. Brenton-on-Sea Beach is approximately 3.5 km from the house, and restaurants and a local shop can also be found in Brenton-on-Sea.
