House Rules
Room Location: Please note that all rooms are located upstairs.
Location: The property is situated 35 kilometres from the beach.
Child Policy (Futon): A "Futon" is a comfortable floor mattress complete with a duvet and pillow, suitable only for children under 12 years old.
Appliances: No hot plates or stoves are allowed in the rooms. Only microwaves are provided/permitted.
Arrival & Departure
Check-In: Between 14:00 and 19:00. Late check-ins are only permitted by prior arrangement.
Check-Out: Strictly by 10:00 at the latest.
