House Rules
Switch off all lights and the TV.
Load and switch on the dishwasher.
Please ensure all balcony doors and windows are closed.
Place all dirty towels in the bath.
Please take your black bag down to the designated area.
Please note this unit is self-catering. One black bag in the bin with a spare in the cupboard. One toilet roll per toilet. A starter pack of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and cleaning detergent will be available.
No pets allowed - should this not be adhered to, and the caretakers report a default from your side, you may be asked to vacate the premises, and all monies paid by you will be forfeited.
The time of arrival is required

We are not liable for loss of possessions or any courier costs incurred for anything left behind.
No Parties or large gatherings allowed
No loud music or very loud talking, the walls are thin. Please respect the neighbours.
Strictly no visitors and no overcrowding, only 4 guests may sleep in the unit.
Guests will be liable for all breakages of crockery and glasses
Please be respectful of our linen; we are unable to remove stains
Keys that are lost or not returned will be charged a fee
No sharing of the pin code given to anyone else; we do get notifications of entry and exit.
Guests will be liable for any plumbing costs due to foreign objects that are found in the bathroom.
