The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. A sheltered braai room and outdoor braai facilities are available. The sitting and dining area features a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings. Entertainment includes a 40-inch television with full DStv service, Wi-Fi and a DVD player.
The house is approximately 50 metres from the sea. Yzerfontein South Beach is just 400 metres away, and 16 Mile Beach is 1.8 km from the property. The fishing harbour is 800 m along a scenic coastal footpath, or 1.7 km by car.
