Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:
- Booking Fee of R100.00 per booking
- Cleaning Fee of R512.00 per booking

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A valid form of identification, such as a passport or ID card, will be required at check-in for security and verification purposes.
No smoking allowed.
Tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors during their stay.
Pets, parties, and events are strictly not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and will incur an additional charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount will be determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy allowing a reasonable level of daily consumption. In the rare event of excessive electricity usage, reimbursement may be requested.
