Owner never returned any of our calls. Kind present caretaker.

Dirty cold shower. We had to leave 7 am Sunday morning, couldn't bathe.

Unit we stayed in needs repairing. Security gate a problem - could not open it. Gas-operated hot water not operational. Shower drain blocked.

The owner of the establishment needs to attend to small issues as listed above. General maintenance of unit. He must be aware of these problems because they are listed as problems in the little booklet left for guests' comments. Would not recommend it to a friend until the problems listed are attended to. Otherwise, the place is in peaceful surroundings, clean, neat and tidy. Joseph, the on-site manager, is very helpful and readily available to assist.
