Zimbali 4 Bedroom Villa ZHB1 offers stylish self-catering accommodation within the prestigious Zimbali Coastal Estate on the North Coast. Set within a secure golf estate, this double-storey villa is ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway with access to a wide range of leisure facilities.

The fully air-conditioned villa accommodates up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a TV and enjoys beautiful views of the golf course, lake, and sea. The second and third bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom is fitted with twin beds. Each bedroom has access to an en-suite or private bathroom equipped with both a bath and a shower. An inverter system is also available to provide backup power during outages.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven, gas stove, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher, ensuring a convenient self-catering experience. There are two comfortable living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, as well as an indoor entertainment space complete with a bar, TV with selected DStv channels, a DVD player, and a pool table.

The outdoor area is perfect for entertaining, offering a swimming pool and braai facilities where guests can unwind and enjoy the warm coastal climate. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, and a double garage provides secure parking for two vehicles.

Guests have full access to the exceptional facilities within Zimbali Coastal Estate, including swimming pools, an 18-hole golf course, a spa, tennis and squash courts, and a private beach with various water sports available by arrangement.

Please note that the Zimbali Resort Welcome Centre requires a strict 48-hour turnaround to process all guest identification for estate access. Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival cannot be accommodated. All guests must provide a valid ID, passport, or driver’s licence prior to arrival. Uber and taxi drop-offs inside the estate are not permitted, and hiring a car is recommended. No day visitors are allowed within the estate.
