House Rules
This property is situated within a peaceful residential estate. Quiet must be maintained after 21:00, and estate security will address any disturbances immediately. Neighbours must be respected at all times.
Parties or events are not permitted. Gatherings, celebrations, loud music, or large groups are strictly prohibited.
Only registered guests may stay on the property. The number of guests booked may not be exceeded, and visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Guests may smoke outside and must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Windows and doors should always be kept closed and locked when the property is unattended, in line with safety and estate regulations.
Guests are expected to respect the estate at all times. Speeding, littering, or disruptive behaviour within Zimbali Wedge is prohibited, and all estate rules must be followed.
Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately so they can be addressed promptly.
