Respect the Environment: This is a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Gatherings, functions, and parties are not permitted. Please refrain from shouting, playing excessively loud music, or causing disturbances.
No Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
No Extra Appliances: No additional appliances, such as heaters or deep fryers, are allowed, as the property uses a solar power system.
