Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
During their stay, guests agree to make use of the Zoete Inval premises respectfully and to treat others with consideration. Should any guest, or anyone in their party, behave in a disrespectful manner, including overindulging in mood-altering substances, using loud or inappropriate language, or playing loud music, management reserves the right to request that the guest vacate the premises immediately without a refund.
Guests acknowledge that the owners, management, and staff will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, valuables, or possessions, nor for any illness or injury sustained by the guest or any person travelling with them.
Guests are responsible for their own security and must ensure that all doors and windows are properly closed and locked.
Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. Firearms and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted in rooms or common areas and is only allowed in designated areas.
Any breakages, damages, or loss of the property, including keys, remotes, or plug adapters, must be settled prior to departure.
