"A quiet peaceful and restful town with many authentic attractions in the town including an art gallery, food markets, and eateries. There are interesting places within a short drive outside of town."
"We visited the surrounding little businesses within the area and it's well located where you have the tranquillity of nature but can also take a 20 min drive to Saldanha where it's more city-like."

"Lots of interesting things to see and do for a small town. The Saturday morning market is a must and so is Simply Bee. There is also a butchery we never miss, stocking up on delicious sausage and other meat products. A huge nursery just outside Hopefield is worth a visit too. Paternoster and Langebaan are not far away if one wants to lunch or dine further afield."

"The local industry can be advertised to guests. We only learned about them through our friends, i.e. the Saturday market which is great, Simply Bee, and we now also understand there is an art gallery and a small theatre in town. We always buy meat at the local butcher to take make home and there is a wonderful nursery not far from town. I am sure I am missing a couple of things, but these can be draw cards for people from the city to visit Hopefield and stay in the hotel!"
