"Beautiful, has water in the taps, loadshedding runs on lower stages than the rest of the country. Very obvious social inequity, which does not seem to be improving as the country struggles to provide jobs, electricity and water. Traffic can be hectic, but speed limits are observed and drivers are generally polite."
