"Spend the day on the beach, have a parcel fish and chips and enjoy the sunset. Visit the Art centre and eat at the one of the restuarents on at the Waterfront."

"So many excellent restaurants to choose from - too many to fit into one weekend actually! From rustic, beach vibes to more classy and sophisticated places to enjoy a meal and sundowners. The ocean was an enjoyable 14 degrees (winter), and the beaches were superb for long walks and interesting aquatic viewing and finds. The locals were welcoming and Paternoster is an ideal getaway not too far out of Cape Town where we live."

"As I know Paternoster well I am aware of the shortcommings (petty crime). For me however the beach and sea are all I am really there for. So when the shops and restaurants weren't open due to dratted Covid, I wasn't perturbed. I just got to spend more time in the water and on the beach and when I wasn't on it, I was looking at it from my wonderful cottage."
"Dis jammer om die impak van die restaurant / drank / reisverbod op Paternoster te sien. Daar was so min mense die naweek daar. Dis ons gunsteling Weskus-bestemming en ek kry mense jammer wat daar woon en werk as als moet toe maak."

Ons komplimente aan al die dienspersoneel wat ons in elke plekkie mee gesels het, hulle diens was uitsonderlik en almal het ons laat welkom voel met vriendelike gesigte en glimlaggies. Paternoster het vir ons 'n onvergeetlike vakansie besorg en selfs die weer het saamgespeel. Ons sien julle definitief weer. Baie dankie. "
