Peaceful and breathtaking views. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Michael. We dropped our bags and explored the house. Everything was amazing; we even sat on the porch and chatted away with Michael like long lost friends. His hospitality was really wonderful. We felt at home. The views, the animals and the games room were very entertaining. We spent hours shooting pool and listening to music. A great getaway if you're looking for peace and quiet and being able to sit on the porch and watch wildlife. Lovely peaceful getaway with nature on your porch. Saw all the wild goats and did hiking trails. Michael was very helpful and took us with him to feed the goats and tell us more about the farm. Wonderful rest with stargazing and a view of animals. We went through for a wedding that was nearby. We had 2 adult boys with us. The accommodation was lovely. Looking out over the zebras, wildebeest, donkey was a nice surprise. Michael was a very good host and told us a lot about the animals and farm. Amazing, relaxing, peaceful. The Eco house at Fonteinskloof farm was beautiful, situated with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. It had all the comforts of home with that relaxing calm to it. Walking trails between the valleys and surrounded by wildlife was a huge hit with the whole family. The peaceful nights were a welcome break from city life. Micheal was a superb host and helpful beyond our expectations.
