House Rules
Please bring your own swimming towels.
Please do not hang laundry on the front balcony or palisade fence where it is visible from common areas.
Braai facilities may only be used in the designated indoor braai area or private backyard. Braaiing is not permitted on common property.
No smoking permitted inside the house.
Electronic cigarettes may be used in the braai room.
A maximum of 2 vehicles may be parked directly in front of the unit. Additional vehicles must park on the paved parking spaces outside the complex. Vehicles and motorcycles must remain on paved surfaces only. Parking or driving on the grass is strictly prohibited.
When entering or exiting through the main gate, please allow it to open completely before proceeding. Do not interrupt the gate's operation by manually closing it; allow the gate to complete its automatic cycle.
Please be aware of noise levels at all times. No loud music or television is permitted between 22:00 and 07:00. Parties are only allowed on Saturdays and must be communicated to adjacent units in advance.
Children are not allowed to play ball games within the complex. The use of skateboards, roller skates or similar equipment on driveways is not permitted for safety reasons.
No pets are allowed.
The firing of firearms, lead bullet guns or fireworks on the premises is strictly prohibited.
Full garbage bags must be stored in the garbage house.
