• Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay.
• A once-off, non-refundable post-stay cleaning and laundry fee of R1,000.00 is payable before arrival. (as shown under extra fees)

• Guests are responsible for their own electricity usage during their stay.
• Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited and will result in a penalty. No exceptions will be made.
• The owner and management of 1 Anchor Bay shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the stay.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
• Guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach and swimming towels.
