An extra charge of R150 will apply when checking in after 18h00 and after 22h00, and an extra fee of R250, which is payable upon check-in.
No loud noise after 21h00 and no noise after 23h00.
No smoking. You will be liable for a fine of up to R1000 for smoking violations.
The host may require you to send us a copy of all the guests' ID/ Passport documents over AirBnB, as they need to register you with the building manager.
No more than 2 visitors are allowed at any time, and no one is allowed to stay over except for the guests booked.
You will also be required to sign a document upon check-in explaining the house rules.
For monthly rentals (30+ nights), electricity will be limited to R500 for a 1-bedroom and R750 for a 2-bedroom.
