Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:
- Cleaning Fee of R800.00 per booking

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A breakage deposit is charged and is payable 7 days prior to arrival. This will be refunded 7 days after departure. With the booking, a form of Calypso Beach Estate Rules will also be sent.

No bachelor, bachelorette or parties are allowed.
Strictly no matric rage or student bookings are accepted. In the event that parents book on behalf of students, the students will be refused.
If parties are held at the establishment or any other rules are broken, the booking will be cancelled with immediate effect and no refunds will be processed.
Only the maximum number of guests as indicated on the listing can be accommodated. Should additional guests, whether it is adults or children, be brought with, the booking will also be cancelled with no refund.
Please note that the Jacuzzi is for owner's use only.
