Each unit is allocated 1 indoor parking bay. Please note that the parking garage has a height restriction of 2.45 m.
The apartments are strictly non-smoking. This includes all substances and electronic devices.
Tampering with smoke alarms will result in immediate eviction.
Braaiing is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Visitors are not allowed.
Please note that social gatherings, disruptive behaviour, or excessive noise will not be tolerated.
Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00. Failure to comply may result in fines or eviction.
Laundry, buckets, mops, refuse bags, or any personal items may not be hung or displayed on balconies or in visible areas.
Refuse must be disposed of in the refuse room. Refuse may not be left in passages, at apartment doors, or on fire escapes.
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Additional cleaning and laundry services can be arranged at an extra cost.
