Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:

- Cleaning Fee of R1,750.00 per booking

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Please note that the accommodation is accessed via stairs and may not be suitable for young children, elderly guests, or those with disabilities.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Bookings are restricted to families only; groups such as students, matric groups, unrelated adult groups, or similar are not permitted.
Functions and parties of any kind are not allowed on the property.
The slaughtering of live animals is not permitted on the premises.
As this is a private home located in a residential village, guests are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum.
Fireworks are not permitted, as the property is located within a conservancy area where fireworks are prohibited.
