12 Weavers Pond is an elegantly designed home, proudly positioned on a large and exclusive site with lush forest and lovely views. This villa is situated within the Zimbali Coastal Estate and is an ideal option for a family getaway.
This air-conditioned villa can comfortably accommodate 12 guests and comprises 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features a full en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. Another 3 bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and the remaining 2 bedrooms each have a double bed. The other bathrooms are either fitted with a shower or a bath and a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
The spacious open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a central island with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from this kitchen is a dining space with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV with DStv.
Through the stacking doors is a spacious patio with comfortable outdoor furniture, a table and chairs as well as a built-in braai which is a great spot for guests to unwind. This area also has an inviting swimming pool for guests to cool off on those hot summer days. Guests are afforded secure parking in a double garage and 3 extra parking spaces.
