14 Candlewood Guesthouse is a renovated self-catering unit located on the owners' property and it is set within the secure Woodlands Lifestyle Estate in Moreletapark, Pretoria.

The accommodation comprises an open-plan 1-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to a maximum 2 adults and 1 child guests.

The property has solar power and is therefore not affected by load shedding or untimely power outages.
The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and a sleeper couch is available in the open-plan living area, which can accommodate a child on request. The bathroom is fitted with a basin, toilet, and shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and microwave. The open-plan living area has a TV with DStv and opens onto the swimming pool area.

The estate offers communal facilities such as walkways, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a gym, and a children's playground.

The estate is 500 m from Pretoria East Hospital, walking distance from the Moreleta Dutch Reformed congregation, and close to shopping centers, Menlyn Maine and Time Square Sun Arena and Casino, Woodhill, and Windgate golf courses.
