Description

19 Tontiki is an upmarket, modern, first-floor self-catering apartment situated on the Ballito beachfront. The secure complex offers direct, private access to the beach and promenade, and is within easy walking distance of various local restaurants and shops.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is air-conditioned, contains a queen-size bed, a small safe for valuables, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds (which can be converted into a king-size bed upon request) and are equipped with ceiling fans. These 2 rooms share a second full bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, airfryer, washing machine, cutlery, and crockery. The open-plan lounge features a full smart HD flat-screen TV; guests are welcome to bring their own login details for streaming services such as Netflix and DStv Now.

The living area opens onto a private, semi-enclosed patio that overlooks the communal swimming pool and offers partial sea views. Sheltered from the wind and rain, the patio features outdoor furniture for 6 and a large gas braai. Please note that open-fire braais are strictly prohibited.

The complex features excellent remote-controlled security, a communal swimming pool, a dedicated parking bay, and additional visitor parking.
