Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Simbithi Eco Estate is a residential estate, and fingerprint access is required for entry.
An R420 orientation/admin fee and an R230 fingerprint access fee are charged by the estate.
These fees are deducted from the refundable breakage deposit, which must be paid 7 days prior to arrival.
Only the main guests or drivers require fingerprint access.
Returning guests with existing fingerprints on the Simbithi Eco Estate system will not be charged the R230 fingerprint fee again.
The unit is serviced on request from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.
The Jacuzzi is no longer available.
Guests are welcome to log in to their own Netflix and DStv accounts during their stay.
