Spacious, clean, safe, comfortable, central, friendly helpful staff. The staff were friendly and very helpful - Believe and Agnes. They let us check in early both times and also kept our luggage safe after we checked out on 23/03 as we still did some sightseeing. The place was safe, clean, comfortable, and close to shops and attractions.

Not happy at first, but was safe and slept well. Rooms clean and tidy. Room is clean and neat. Surroundings were a bit scary. Doesn't look very neat outside. Located in the heart of the city. Parking is covered across from the building. Paid for. Staff friendly and helpful.

Would not recommend at all. We were given another unit, told it was an upgrade. The balcony faced a busy street and was very noisy, with access from the adjoining restaurant. The underground parking bay on the 5th floor required us to carry our bags from there to the 1st floor unit up steep stairs with wet paint, causing damage to our luggage. The window latch was not working, and we found a joint in the cupboard. The list goes on.
