Spacious, clean, safe, comfortable, central, friendly helpful staff. The staff were friendly and very helpful - Believe and Agnes. They let us check in early both times and also kept our luggage safe after we checked out on 23/03 as we still did some sightseeing. The place was safe, clean, comfortable, and close to shops and attractions.

Aanvanklik nie gelukkig nie, maar was veilig en lekker geslaap. Kamers skoon en netjies. Kamer is skoon en netjies. Omgewing was bietjie scary. Lyk nie baie netjies buite. Geleë in diep stad. Parkering is oorkant die gebou onderdak. Betaal daarvoor. Personeel vriendelik en behulpsaam.

Would not recommend at all. We were given another unit, told it was an upgrade. The balcony faced a busy street and was very noisy, with access from the adjoining restaurant. The underground parking bay on the 5th floor required us to carry our bags from there to the 1st floor unit up steep stairs with wet paint, causing damage to our luggage. The window latch was not working, and we found a joint in the cupboard. The list goes on.
