Description
Pip's Place on Beach Road is a cozy apartment located in Strand, a popular seaside resort town in the Western Cape. It’s the ideal choice for guests seeking a relaxing escape close to the sea.
The apartment comprises 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living area includes a single bed and a double bed sleeper couch. The bathroom is fitted with both a bath and a shower.

The living space features a lounge with a comfortable couch, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, and microwave.
Situated on the golden mile beachfront, the apartment is within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, bars, the Strand Golf Course, and the Strand Beach and Promenade.
Our parking for the unit is in front of the building which in on premises, but semi-open.

Close to the Cape Town International Airport, only 30 minutes drive.
Please note: Important information
1) Cozy Shower: Some clients have found our shower to be small, and we tend to agree that it is cozy and on the small side. We have plans to renovate the bathroom and situation in the near future, but currently our workaround is the cozy shower and a full sized bath in the bathroom. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
2) Semi open (on-premises) Parking: Our Apartment's parking is in front of the building behind a meter-high wall, which leaves it semi-open to the road. While convenient at times, we do understand that it may raise some security concerns. We do have security camera's in front of the building and can also boast that we have not had any incidents or issues up to this point. There are 4 parking units in this area. We are in the process of having a more secure fence put up for more peace of mind and security, but unfortunately we are awaiting for the process to unfold with the building management. We do apologize for the inconvenience once again.
