Pip’s Place on Beach Road is provided as a cosy apartment in Strand, a popular seaside resort town in the Western Cape. The property is offered as an ideal choice for guests seeking a relaxing escape close to the sea.

The apartment is arranged with 1 bedroom and a bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to three guests. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living area includes a single bed and a double sleeper couch. The bathroom is fitted with both a bath and a compact shower, with a full-sized bath also provided. The shower is compact, which some guests may find small. A full-sized bath is also available.

The living space is furnished with a comfortable lounge, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, and microwave.

The apartment is located along the golden mile beachfront, within easy reach of restaurants, cafés, bars, the Strand Golf Course, and the Strand Beach and Promenade.

Parking is provided in front of the building behind a low wall, and is therefore considered semi-open. While convenient, this may raise security concerns for some guests. Security cameras are installed in front of the building, and no incidents have been reported to date. Four parking spaces are available in this area. A more secure fence is planned, pending approval and coordination with building management.
