House Rules
Children younger than 13 years old are not allowed. Third parties are not allowed under any circumstances. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
House Rules (Please read and accept before booking):
Guest Registration:
All guests must be registered at least 24 hours prior to arrival. A copy or clear photo of your passport and valid visa (if applicable) must be sent as soon as the booking is confirmed.
Check-in Policy:
This building does not allow self check-in. Guests must be checked in in person.
After 18:00, a late check-in fee of R250.00 applies.
After 22:00, a late check-in fee of R450.00 applies.
Noise & Conduct:
The apartments are located in residential buildings with permanent residents. Guests are required to respect the community and building rules. No loud noise is allowed after 20:00, and complete quiet is expected after 22:00. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and within the building. Violation may result in a fine of up to R1,000.00 and possible immediate eviction. A maximum of 2 people, including visitors, are allowed in the apartment at any time. No overnight guests are permitted unless they are listed on the original booking.
Check-in Documentation:
Upon arrival, all guests must sign a check-in form confirming acceptance of these house rules.
Cleaning Services:
Complimentary cleaning is only included for stays longer than 7 nights.
Electricity Usage (Long Stays):
For bookings of 28 nights or more, electricity is included up to R500.00 per month. Any usage beyond this limit will be billed to the guest.
