205 Les Mouettes is located in the heart of Ballito which is known for its beautiful beaches, stunning rock pools, tidal pools and a bustling beachside village with great restaurants and shops. The apartment is the perfect place for a beach holiday on the North Coast of Durban; it’s safe and close to everything.
The unit comprises 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The lounge has comfortable couches as well as a TV, and a dining area with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together. Guests can also enjoy complimentary, fiber Wi-Fi access and is welcome to log in to their own DStv and Netflix accounts. The living area walks out onto the balcony with beautiful sea, garden and beach views. There are lovely braai facilities available for guests’ use during their stay. Guests are afforded secure, undercover parking on the premises.
Ballito is only 45 km from Durban and 15 km from King Shaka International Airport. It boasts fantastic swimming beaches, fun tidal pools and an array of superb restaurants, shopping and vibrant nightlife, firmly establishing it as one of KwaZulu-Natal's top destinations.
