House Rules
Please make sure the windows are closed and locked whenever you leave the apartment. The wind can sometimes blow very hard, which may move things around, and if it rains, it could blow water inside.
The hob is gas, and the gas bottle is in the cupboard under the countertop.
There is a bin drawer next to the kitchen sink. Please place your garbage bags in the black bins located in the fire escape stairwell at the end of your passage. If those bins are full, there are extra bins in the parking area behind the building. Please do not leave garbage bags in the passageways or next to the bins.
This is a self-catering apartment and is not serviced during your stay. Linen and towels are provided, along with an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, and a few other kitchen items, as well as basic bathroom essentials.
Should you require cleaning or laundry services during your stay, we can put you in touch with local providers.
There is a white exit button at the front entrance for the automated door. Please do not press the green emergency exit button unless in an emergency.
Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 7 am. Please respect the other residents in the building.
A key is provided for the small pedestrian gate, which gives direct access to Main Road and Bootleggers for coffee.
Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment and building. Failure to comply may result in a fine issued by the body corporate.
