One bag of fireplace wood is provided. Additional wood is available at an extra cost per bag. Please note: only Bluegum wood may be used in the fireplace. Shop-bought wood is not permitted.
A refundable breakage deposit is required before check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection by the property owner within 48 hours.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
