3 Avignon is a self-catering holiday apartment in St Michael’s on Sea, located just 200 metres from the Blue Flag St Michael’s Beach.
Situated on the first floor of a secure complex, the apartment offers 4 bedrooms, one of which is interleading. It enjoys lovely sea views and features a spacious private balcony with a built-in braai. The main bedroom opens onto the balcony through a sliding door and offers beautiful sunrise and breaker views. It is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, basin and toilet. The rest of the bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds and share a bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, basin, and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet. Linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a dishwasher, as well as a separate bar fridge. The kitchen enjoys a sea view and includes a sliding window that opens onto the braai serving area. The open-plan lounge and dining area is fitted with a TV and DStv access. A dining table is provided, although guests may prefer to dine on the large furnished balcony, which flows directly from the lounge via sliding doors.
Undercover parking is available for 1 vehicle, with additional parking spaces available within the complex.
Avignon is well located, close to popular restaurants and shopping centres. Orange Rocks is within walking distance and is a popular fishing spot. The weekly Park Run takes place every Saturday from St Michael’s Beach to Uvongo. The Natal South Coast offers a variety of beautiful beaches, scenic drives and attractions to explore.
