Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Do not feed monkeys or any other animals or birds.
Secure all windows and doors when leaving to prevent monkeys from entering the chalet.
Report any monkey-related incidents to the letting agent immediately.
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation or where smoke may enter indoor areas.
Do not leave lit cigarettes unattended in ashtrays or other objects.
Avoid smoking near other guests, residents or staff unless accompanied by them.
Fires are only permitted in designated areas.
In case of an accidental fire, act quickly to extinguish it and notify the letting agent if unsuccessful.
Stove use is restricted to adults and must never be left unattended.
Ensure the stove is switched off when not in use.
Keep the property clean and do not litter.
Do not disturb flora or fauna or remove or damage any natural elements.
Only park in the designated Bay 31.
Do not park on grass.
Car washing is not allowed on the premises.
No loud music is permitted and all music must stop after 22:00.
Keep conversations at a reasonable volume at all times.
Parties are not allowed and gatherings are limited to 10 people.
Respect the privacy of neighbors at all times.
Poaching is prohibited and no animals may be harmed or captured.
Contact the letting agent for assistance with wildlife if needed.
Children under 12 must be supervised at all times, including at the swimming pool.
Bathroom towels may only be used indoors and not for swimming.
Bedding must remain inside the chalet and may not be taken outside.
Do not enter other guests’ properties or any outbuildings without permission.
Adhere to the speed limit of 30 km/h and avoid loud revving of vehicles.
Keep emergency lights charged in preparation for load shedding.
Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged property.
Check the inventory list upon arrival and report any missing items immediately.
An inventory check will be conducted after your stay.
Report any breakages to the letting agent.
TV and ceiling fan remotes must remain on the premises and may not be removed.
