Description
38 Silver Ranch is a comfortably furnished double-storey house in a secure complex in Plettenberg Bay. The property can accommodate up to six guests, making it suitable for families or small groups.
The house comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and two single beds respectively. A loft, available on request, contains a double bed and two single beds. The shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, toilet, and basin.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove and oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. An additional fridge is available in the loft. The dining table accommodates guests for meals, and the lounge contains a TV with DStv for relaxation.
The house opens onto a covered stoep with a built-in braai area. Two undercover parking bays are provided. The complex features a communal pool and a fenced area with small bucks and birds. Access is gained through a remote-controlled gate.
