40 Montage Village is situated within the secure Montage Village complex. It overlooks the complex’s own bird sanctuary where birdlife is plentiful. The views from the house extend over the sanctuary towards the forested dunes and the Outeniqua Mountains.
The house has 4 bedrooms and comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. On the upper level is the main bedroom which features a king-size bed, a full en-suite bathroom and a kitchenette allowing you to make your own morning tea. There is also a TV and a balcony overlooking the bird sanctuary on this level. The other 3 rooms are on the lower level, sharing a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and opens onto the patio. The second bedroom has twin single beds and opens onto the garden while the third bedroom has a double futon bed. All linen and bath towels are supplied but guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave and a fridge-freezer combination. The open-plan living area opens onto the patio. Facilities in the lounge include a TV with full DStv channels, a DVD player and a fireplace for chilly winter evenings. The house has fast unlimited fibre internet.
Outside, there is a patio from where guests can enjoy the magnificent sunsets and an outside braai. For your convenience, there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, bar fridge in the garage.
Sedgefield lies in the heart of the garden route and borders the Wilderness National Park, Swartvlei Lagoon, Goukama Nature Reserve and endless beautiful beaches. 40 Montage Village is within a 30-minute drive from George Airport, linking you directly to Cape Town-, Johannesburg-, Durban- and Bloemfontein Airports.
