House Rules
Please take note that Fleur Park is a private holiday resort with a large number of permanent residents.
Here is the summary in clear point form:
No parties of any kind allowed.
Speed limit within Fleur Park is 15 km/h.
No caravans, tents, portable pools, motorbikes, quad bikes, buses, or large boats permitted.
Guest limits must be followed: max 5 guests in 2-bedroom chalets and 8 guests in 3-bedroom chalets.
No day visitors allowed.
Normal municipal rules apply.
No alcohol may be consumed on streets, lawns, or the beach.
Any damages caused by guests will be deducted from the deposit.
No loud music, excessive noise, alcohol abuse, or drug use allowed.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 09:00.
No playing music from vehicles.
Use only designated access roads to the beach.
Fires allowed only in designated braai areas.
No pets allowed.
Maximum 2 vehicles per chalet; vehicles must not obstruct others.
No driving between houses or on lawns unnecessarily.
Do not leave shells, stones, gravel, or bones on the grass.
No ball games between houses or parked cars.
Guests who break these rules will be asked to leave immediately and will forfeit all monies paid.
