Important Information – Please Read Before Booking

Children are welcome at the property; however, guests travelling with younger children should be aware of potential safety risks such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times and do so at their own risk.

Pets are not allowed, and smoking or parties are strictly prohibited. Please note that only registered guests listed on the booking are permitted access to the building and apartment. As of May 2024, a no-visitor policy is in place and must be respected.

All guests will be required to complete a separate guest registration form prior to arrival in order to facilitate check-in.

Electricity and Load-Shedding

Due to ongoing electricity supply issues in South Africa, guests may experience unscheduled power outages (load-shedding) lasting approximately 2.5 hours or more. While this is beyond our control and governed by the national electricity provider, most property owners have implemented measures to minimise the inconvenience. Guests are encouraged to download the “ESP – The Loadshedding App” to stay informed and plan accordingly. Please note that neither Turnkey365 nor the property owner will be held liable for any refunds, discounts, or compensation due to electricity disruptions.

Noise Control

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is subject to strict noise regulations set by the body corporate and local council. No parties are allowed, and guests must ensure that no noise or music is audible to neighbours between 9pm and 7am on weekdays, and between 10pm and 7am on weekends. Hooting and shouting in the street are not permitted at any time. Limited parking is available, so any visitors should be made aware not to block garages or driveways.

Travel Insurance

Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover and protection against the theft of personal items.

Group Bookings

Groups consisting solely of solo travellers must request permission before booking. Bachelor and bachelorette party groups are not permitted.

Monthly Stays

For stays booked with a monthly discount, please note the following:

Electricity will be for your own account.

Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Standard amenities such as Wi-Fi and DStv (if applicable) are included.

Reasonable water usage is included and will be monitored in line with current municipal limits.

Garden and pool maintenance will be provided when allowed.
