2. Please respect the neighbors — this is a residential building. Keep noise levels down between 22:00 and 08:00 in the morning.
3. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
4. We’re unable to accommodate children.
5. The person who made the booking must provide valid identification upon check-in, stay in the apartment, and be held liable for any damage occurring during the stay.
6. No subletting.
7. The apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum of two guests only — no extra sleepers.
8. Smoking is only allowed outside on the balcony with the sliding door closed. No smoking inside.
9. One designated parking bay is included for your stay.
