Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The owners live in a separate unit on the premises and are available to assist guests.

Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.

No noise is allowed after 22:00 unless previously arranged with the owner. Guests must respect other residents and neighbors. Excessive noise, bad behavior, or illegal activities may result in immediate eviction without a refund. The guesthouse reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay without a refund if they pose a threat or refuse to comply with property rules.

Linen and/or towels can be replaced upon request for guests who have booked for more than 4 days.

The maximum number of guests is 8. Additional guests beyond the reservation are not allowed without prior approval.

Guests must ensure that the property and furnishings are maintained in good condition.

Any damage or missing items will be charged to the guests' account.

The guesthouse is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the guests' stay.

By making a reservation, guests confirm their acceptance of these terms and agree to comply with the rules. Failure to adhere to the rules may result in the termination of the stay without a refund.
