House Rules
Before arrival, guests will receive an email with a link as part of the guest verification process. This step is essential to ensure a smooth check-in and to maintain a secure environment for all guests and hosts. Guests are kindly requested to complete the verification process before the check-in date. This will help ensure a secure and confident transaction for all parties involved.
While load shedding does occur in South Africa, this home is equipped with an inverter to ensure uninterrupted access to essential services, including lights, Wi-Fi, television, and plug points.
Please take care of the keys during your stay. The gold key for the gate is especially difficult to replace, and a fee of R1000 will be charged for any lost keys.
For stays longer than 28 days, electricity top-ups will be for the guest’s account.
Housekeeping services, including cleaning and towel or linen changes, are available at an additional cost. A detailed price list can be found in the house manual.
For bookings exceeding 7 nights, a mid-stay service and linen change are required, for which an additional fee of R600 will apply.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and will incur a fee of R500 per request.
