House Rules
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, please observe the following rules:
Visitors are allowed by prior approval and is required to leave by 10 pm, no overnight stays.
The environment is smoke-free as well as pet-free, the quiet hours are from 10 pm - 6 am.
No commercial photography is allowed without permission.
Please, no eating is available in the rooms; please use the communal area instead.
The kitchen is reserved for staff use only.
Please secure valuables, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Pool is used at your own risk; children must be accompanied by adults.
Peaceful and respectful environment, no parties or excessive drinking.
Daily tidying is provided unless you opt out with the red door tag.
Check-out time is 10 am; late check-out requires prior approval.
No loud music or noise after 10 pm.
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
Please return keys to management upon departure.
Report any damage or issues to management promptly.
Respect other guests and staff.
No open fires allowed outside of the commune fire pit or BBQS, consult the resident manager before lighting any fires.
Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas.
Fireworks and Parties are not tolerated due to the residential character.
Any damage or misbehaviour will be charged to guests and may result in immediate termination of stay without compensation or reimbursement.
