Description
Aloha House Number 16 is a charming lodge-style house situated in the Aloha housing estate in Ponta Mamoli, approximately a seven-minute walk from the well-known Frederico’s snorkelling spot. The property offers a private walkway that leads directly to the beach.
The house comprises 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms that sleep a total of 16 guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a king extra-length bed and sleeps 2 guests. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a king extra-length bed. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and 2 bunk beds. Each bathroom is fitted with a shower. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning, open shelving for clothing storage, and private outdoor showers. Bath and beach towels are provided for guests’ convenience.
The kitchen, dining, and lounge area are located in a separate building from the bedrooms and offer views of the swimming pool and ocean. The kitchen is fully fitted with gas hobs, a large oven, 2 fridges, 2 chest freezers, a drinks fridge, a Scotsman ice machine, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a blender. All utensils and cleaning equipment are provided. The property has its own independent water supply with a borehole and filtration system, ensuring excellent drinking water.
The spacious braai area provides a relaxed space for socialising, with the soft beach sand underfoot. Braai utensils and charcoal are supplied, though guests are required to bring their own firelighters. Wood may not be used.
Guests are also welcome to make use of the beach chairs and gazebo.
