Protection of Personal Information and Booking Process
In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), any personal information you provide during the booking process will be shared with the Homeowners Association (HOA) once your booking has been confirmed. This information sharing is essential to ensure that your access can be facilitated and to support the requirements set forth by the HOA.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive a copy of the Estate Rules either via WhatsApp or email. This will help familiarize you with the guidelines and expectations for your stay.
The right of admission is reserved. The house rules are strictly enforced to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay and to maintain good relations with the neighbours.
The person making the booking accepts full responsibility for any breakages or damage of any nature occurring to the property, or the contents thereof during their stay, and will remain responsible in his/her personal capacity for the cost thereof.
No excessive noise and/or loud music – any time during the day or night
At no time may there be more people on the premises than stipulated in your booking (adults or children) If you need to change your guest numbers, do so before you arrive. Unoccupied rooms will be locked.
No Smoking is allowed anywhere inside the home.
No Items may be removed from the home.
The use of the swimming pool is at your own risk.
If you have not settled your remaining balance at least 2 days prior your arrival, then the balance is due on arrival – strictly in cash.
Please arrive prepared:
- Bath and beach towels are not provided.
- Linen is provided.
- We supply dishwashing liquid, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 dish towels, 2 black bags and 1 toilet roll per toilet.
- No beverages are supplied, please bring your own coffee, tea, sugar and milk.
- Please bring your own portable hinged grid.
- Firewood is not supplied.
The accommodation has an inverter in case of loadshedding.
AlteMooi offers a gas hob and indoor braai and fireplace.
