In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:
- Admin Fee of R480.00 per booking
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A Compulsory R480 admin and parking fee for one vehicle only.
Air conditioning option available for an additional fee of R100 per day.
A R500 breakage and key deposit is payable directly to the establishment 2 days before the check-in date. Refundable if unit and contents is left in same condition.
A cleaning service can be provided between Monday and Friday by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
