Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
All public holidays and school holidays are in High Season. A R1000 refundable breakage fee will be charged with each booking, the refundable breakage fee of R 1000 will be returned should the house be left in order.
