Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R700 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. No extra guests or day visitors without prior permission.
No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Please use the ashtrays provided.
Respect other residents and guests. No loud music, parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.
Keep the apartment tidy during your stay. Please wash dishes before departure. Place all rubbish in the designated bins.
Treat all furniture, appliances and contents with care. Do not move furniture without permission. Report any damage or problems immediately.
Close all doors and windows when leaving the apartment. Valuable items are left at your own risk. The owner accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or theft.
Use the gas braai responsibly. Clean the braai after use. Do not place hot coals or ashes in the bins.
No pets are allowed.
DStv Premium, Netflix, YouTube Premium and Wi-Fi are provided. Do not change any settings, passwords or equipment.
Rinse off sand before entering the apartment. Do not place wet towels or clothes on furniture.
Leave the apartment in a neat condition. Turn off lights, air conditioners and electrical appliances. Return keys as arranged with the caretaker.
This price includes a 10% discount and is non-refundable if you cancel. You can choose a refundable option at checkout.
