Breakage Deposit

House Rules

Before arrival, guests will receive an email from our partner (Know Your Guest/Truvi) as part of the guest verification process. This step is essential to ensure a smooth check-in and to maintain a secure environment for all guests and hosts. Truvi may contact guests via email or text message. Guests are kindly requested to complete the verification process before the check-in date. This will help ensure a secure and confident transaction for all parties involved.
Children under 13 years old are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors; however, guests are welcome to use the patio on the veranda for smoking, enjoying morning coffee, or relaxing in the evening.
Parties are not permitted.
Please note that there are two small dogs on the premises, but they will not access your space.
The room is serviced daily, with fresh linen and sheets provided for longer stays.
