Any parties or private functions are strictly not allowed.
Please respect the neighbours by keeping noise levels and music to a minimum after 22:00.
Housekeeping is included once a week if staying for longer periods.
Guests should be aware that while a dog is allowed in the house, there are electric fences accessible via the balconies on the terrace.
A housekeeper lives on the ground floor, separate from the bedrooms. She will not be seen by guests and only enters to clean the property as needed, usually when the whole house is booked.
